What this shows and what it does not. Sector classifications come from IATI publisher declarations (DAC sector codes). Not all activities carry a sector; those are excluded. Disbursements are weighted by the publisher’s declared share for each recipient country, so a multi-country programme counts only the portion attributed to each Pacific country. Australia’s IATI data has not been updated since June 2025; its sector contributions are therefore understated in the 90-day window. China, Taiwan, and most Gulf state donors do not publish to IATI and are absent.
